On the verge of adulthood and after having recently lost her mother, Eleftheria escapes the suffocating reality of the Greek countryside and visits her elder pregnant sister, in scorching hot August in Athens. Wandering the streets of the unknown metropolis, she will discover the awakening of sexual desire in the face of enigmatic Angelos, who invites her into his eccentric grown-up world and the whirlpool of first love.

Christina Ioakeimidi

Christina Ioakeimidi was born in Athens, Greece. Early on, she developed a passion for photography. She moved to London to study filmmaking at the London Film School, where she wrote, directed and photographed short films. Her first feature film Harisma (writer, director, producer) was released in 2010 in Greece and has participated in numerous festivals around the world. She has also directed documentaries for the Greek television.
