Giorgos Gousis
Giorgos Gousis was born in 1986 in Athens and is a comic book creator and film director. In 2012, he released the collection of short stories Innocent Seasons and the graphic novel adaptation of Vincenzo Cornaro’s Erotokritos. From 2017 to 2019, he was the editor-in-chief of the comics magazine Blue Comet. In 2019, he created the comic Festival, commissioned by the Thessaloniki International Film Festival for its 60th anniversary. In 2018, he was the production designer of the short film Iskioma and in 2019, he made his directing debut with the documentary film The Arm Wrestler.
